During interviews, this <br /> distinct role and responsibility was not noted by the Lieutenant. <br /> • Policy 205.0 Prison Rape Elimination Act Intake Screening — Under sections 2D and <br /> 3A of the policy the following was noted: "All (initial classification) overrides must <br /> be approved by the Operations Lieutenant/designee, as indicated on the form. All <br /> reassessments that may require an inmate/detainee to be moved to another <br /> housing assignment or custody level due to his/her perceived risk of being sexually <br /> abused or abusive will be referred to the Operations Lieutenant or his/her designee <br /> for final approval" During interviews, this distinct role and responsibility was not <br /> noted by the Lieutenant. <br /> • Policy 601.0 Special/Prescribed Inmate Diets and Modified Meal Schedules — The <br /> Lieutenant was referenced nine times throughout the various sections of this <br /> policy, reflecting an important role in managing this issue. During interviews, this <br /> responsibility was referenced when discussing oversight of the Kitchen <br /> Supervisor. <br /> • Policy 700.0 Commissary Services and Indigent Inmates — Under Section 3B of the <br /> policy the following was noted: "If an inmate requires additional supplies to mail <br /> legal mail due to a legitimate and verifiable court deadline, he/she can submit a <br /> Matrix Consulting Group <br />
