It <br /> aims to address gaps in transportation access in unincorporated areas,ensuring equity.The <br /> TMP will prioritize projects based on factors like cost and benefits,creating an action plan for <br /> implementation. <br /> TheTMP looks at projects that are planned within the unincorporated areas of Orange County. <br /> Note that the plans consolidated into the Orange CountyTMP are developed and adopted by <br /> other government agencies.
