OUTBOARD AGENDA <br /> 35 <br /> 36 a. Transportation Multimodal Plan <br /> 37 Nish T. presented the final Transportation Multimodal Plan. The Plan was originally about 500-600 <br /> 38 projects. It is now 300 or so and mainlyfocusing on 100%of it is Orange County projects.The document <br /> 39 itself, includes the public engagement analysis,the public engagement process,the public engagement <br /> 40 summary, as well as all the activities,the prioritization, scoring prioritization process, all the comments <br /> 41 received throughout the planning process. Nothing has really changed through the whole thing other <br /> 42 than the removal of town projects. We now have a full draft document that explains the whole <br /> 43 consolidation,the purpose behind it,the schedule,the planning process. Conversation was held about <br /> 44 the lack of public response to the plan.The lack of public comments has been an ongoing issue with any <br /> 45 county plan. Art M. made the recommendation to move the public engagement comments to an <br /> 46 appendix so it was not the first information viewed.This would follow the formatting of the Transit Short <br />
