Partner with public agencies to increase opportunities for public employees <br /> to buy and rent homes where they work. <br /> OBJECTIVE 7. Expand resources and invest in housing designed for our aging and <br /> disabled residents. <br /> OBJECTIVE 8. Preserve existing housing stock from disrepair and avoid displacement. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board review and discuss the <br /> incorporation of stakeholder feedback from the 2023 Requests for Proposals (RFP) process into <br /> the Affordable Housing Bond/Capital Investment Plan (CIP) Scoring Matrix. <br />
