60 <br /> Orange County,NC August 8,2024 <br /> ASTRO®25 Advanced Services Statement of Work <br /> 4.1.9.2 Scope <br /> Annual Preventive Maintenance will be performed during standard business hours, unless otherwise <br /> agreed to in writing. After the service starts, if the system or Customer requirements dictate that the <br /> service must occur outside of standard business hours, an additional quotation will be provided. The <br /> Customer is responsible for any charges associated with unusual access requirements or expenses. <br /> 4.1.9.3 Inclusions <br /> Annual Preventive Maintenance service will be delivered for Motorola-provided infrastructure, including <br /> integrated third-party products, per the level of service marked in Table 4-18: Preventive Maintenance <br /> Level. <br /> Table 4-18: Preventive Maintenance Level <br /> Service Level <br /> Level 1 Preventive Maintenance X <br /> Level 2 Preventive Maintenance <br /> Motorola Responsibilities <br /> • Notify the Customer of any planned system downtime needed to perform this service. <br /> • Maintain communication with the Customer as needed until completion of the Annual Preventive <br /> Maintenance. <br /> • Determine, in its sole discretion, when an incident requires more than the Annual Preventive <br /> Maintenance services described in this SOW, and notify the Customer of an alternative course <br /> of action. <br /> • Provide the Customer with a report in Customer Hub, or as otherwise agreed in the CSP, <br /> comparing system performance with expected parameters, along with any recommended <br /> actions. Time allotment for report completion is to be mutually agreed. <br /> • Provide trained and qualified personnel with proper security clearance required to complete <br /> Annual Preventive Maintenance services. <br /> • Field service technician will perform the following on-site: <br /> • Perform the tasks defined in Section 4.1.9.4: Preventative Maintenance Tasks. <br /> - Perform the procedures defined in Section Error!
