14 <br /> Customer Name Text Field August 8,2024 <br /> ASTRO®25 Advanced Services Statement of Work <br /> Section 1 <br /> Overview <br /> Motorola Solutions, Inc.'s (Motorola) ASTRO®25 Advanced Services (Advanced Services) provide an <br /> integrated and comprehensive sustainment program for fixed end network infrastructure equipment <br /> located at the network core, RF sites, and dispatch sites. Advanced Services do not include <br /> maintenance for mobile devices, portable devices, or network backhaul equipment. <br /> Advanced Services consist of the following elements: <br /> • ASTRO System Monitoring <br /> - Managed Detection and Response (MDR) <br /> - Network Event Monitoring <br /> - ASTRO Connectivity Service (ACS) enabled for RSUS, System Monitoring <br /> • Remote Technical Support <br /> • Network Hardware Repair <br /> • Security Update Service (SUS) <br /> • Remote Security Update Service (RSUS) <br /> • On-Site Infrastructure Response <br /> • Annual Preventative Maintenance <br /> Each of these elements is summarized below and expanded upon in Section 4: Advanced Services <br /> Detailed Description. In the event of a conflict between the descriptions below and an individual <br /> subsection of Section 4: Advanced Services Detailed Description, the individual subsection prevails. <br /> This Statement of Work (SOW), including all of its subsections and attachments is an integral part of the <br /> applicable agreement (Agreement) between Motorola and the customer(Customer). <br /> Notwithstanding, the connectivity contemplated in the ASTRO 25 Connectivity Service will be provided by <br /> Motorola Solutions Connectivity Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Motorola. In order to enable delivery of these <br /> connectivity services, customers must sign the Transport Connectivity Addendum (TCA) attached to the <br /> Agreement. Any transport or connectivity will be provided by Motorola Solutions Connectivity, Inc. <br /> Motorola Solutions Connectivity, Inc. will utilize Motorola as its billing and collection agent and Customer <br /> expressly agrees that invoices for services provided by Motorola Solutions Connectivity, Inc. may appear on <br /> invoices issued by Motorola. Charges for Motorola Solutions Connectivity, Inc. services that appear on invoices <br /> issued by Motorola shall be paid to Motorola and are fully satisfied under the billing and payment terms of the <br /> Agreement. <br /> In order to receive the services as defined within this SOW, the Customer is required to keep the ASTRO 25 <br /> system within a standard support period as described in Motorola's Software Support Policy(SwSP). <br /> ®MOTOROLA SOLUTIONS <br /> Overview <br /> Use or disclosure of this proposal is subject to the restrictions on the cover page. <br /> Motorola Solutions <br /> Page 3 <br />
