She asked what the impacts of this proposed change will be. <br /> 8 Cy Stober said it is not that significant and D will provide better buffering between land <br /> 9 uses than what C currently does. She <br /> 12 asked if the higher number of trees should be brought over from C to D. <br /> 13 Cy Stober said he understands that the purpose is that evergreen trees grow faster. He <br /> 14 said through review and discussions with DEAPR, imposing the standards in D would require <br /> 15 more landscaping that the situations where C is being applied today. He said they could require <br /> 16 an evergreen in D.
