She <br /> 18 asked if Black students are one of the lowest in proficiency. <br /> 19 Sheldon Lanier said that there has been an increase of 2.2% from the previous school <br /> 20 year to 23-24 for Black students. <br /> 21 Commissioner Richards said she is trying to understand the trend. She asked if there was <br /> 22 a dip in COVID. <br /> 23 Sheldon Lanier said that he does not have that information but would be able to provide it <br /> 24 to the Board. <br />
