85 <br /> Orange County August 8,2024 <br /> ASTRO 25 Managed Detection and Response 24-177976/Cybersecurity Services <br /> Section 2 <br /> Statement of Work <br /> 2.1 Overview <br /> In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement, this Statement of Work (SOW), <br /> including all of its subsections and attachments, defines the principal activities and responsibilities of all <br /> parties for the delivery of Motorola Solutions, Inc. (Motorola Solutions) Cybersecurity services as <br /> presented in this proposal to Orange County (hereinafter referred to as "Customer"). <br /> In order to receive the services as defined within this SOW, the Customer is required to keep the <br /> system within a standard support period as described in Motorola Solutions' Software Support Policy <br /> SWSP . <br /> 2.2 Description of Service <br /> 2.2.1 Deployment Timeline and Milestones <br /> To initiate the ASTRO 25 Managed Detection and Response service to function, Motorola Solutions <br /> and the Customer must perform deployment tasks. Service deployment is broken into the following <br /> phases, each with specific deliverables. <br /> Phase 1: Information Exchange <br /> After contract execution, Motorola Solutions will schedule a service kick-off meeting with Customer and <br /> provide information-gathering documents. The kick-off meeting may be conducted either remotely or in- <br /> person, at the earliest, mutually available opportunity. Customer is to identify and ensure participation <br /> of key team members in kickoff and project initiation activities. <br /> Phase 2: Infrastructure Readiness <br /> Motorola Solutions will provide detailed requirements regarding Customer infrastructure preparation <br /> actions after kick-off meeting. It is the Customer's responsibility to accomplish all agreed upon <br /> infrastructure preparations. <br /> Phase 3: System Buildout and Deployment <br /> Motorola Solutions will build and provision tools in accordance with the requirements of this proposal <br /> and consistent with information gathered in earlier phases. Motorola Solutions will also provide detailed <br /> requirements regarding Customer deployment actions. The Customer must deploy tools, as applicable, <br /> in their environment, in accordance with provided requirements. <br /> Phase 4: Monitoring Turn Up <br /> Motorola Solutions will verify all in-scope assets are properly forwarding logs or events. Motorola <br /> Solutions will notify Customer of any exceptions.
