Chapel Hill <br /> and Carrboro have a special section for their applicants which <br /> includes Specific Strategic Objectives and Performance Indicators <br /> for their towns. Orange County does not. <br /> • O &A sessions held for applicants November—January <br /> • Applications due Mid-January <br /> • County uses its own Application Scorecard for evaluators <br /> • County Manager, relevant Department Director, and Manager's <br /> Business Officer/Outside Agencies Coordinator meet with every <br /> applicant agency for up to 30 minutes.
