He said the watershed boundaries were made using the best criteria, <br /> means, and data available at the time. He said the good news is that there is better information <br /> available for surveys now as needed for property owners, and the state has a well-defined process <br /> for this now. <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Fowler, seconded by Commissioner Hamilton, to <br /> approve the Statement of Consistency (Attachment 6) and Zoning Atlas Amendments <br /> (Attachment 7). <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />
