Completed 2023 <br /> # Other Update <br /> Synchronize traffic signals on NC-86 (MLK)from <br /> 1 Duke Forest and Weaver Dairy Road Chapel Hill pursuing through SPOT 7 <br /> Resurface Rocky Ridge Road from Dairyland Road to <br /> 2 Arthur Minnis Road with extra shoulder Review HMIP and coordinate with NCDOT for update. <br /> Part of rural buffer, County priority is modernize Old NC-86, <br /> Carrboro priority is bike lane per their locally adopted plan, <br /> 3 Bike lane old NC-86- Farm House Rd to Dairyland Rd town would have to maintain bike lane. <br /> Grading improvement-Jones Ferry Rd from Old scheduled for replacement 2029. HMIP resurfacing is <br /> 4 Fayetteville Rd to county line scheduled for 2025. <br /> 5 NCDOT Bike Passing signs Coordinate with NCDOT when funding becomes available. <br /> Orange Grove Rd north of Dairyland Rd <br /> Bradshaw Quarry Rd west of Orange Grove Rd <br /> Old Greensboro Rd west of Jones Ferry Rd <br /> Jones Ferry Rd west of Old Greensboro Rd <br /> Mebane Oaks Rd north of Bradshaw Quarry Rd <br /> Old Greensboro Rd east of Haw River <br /> Borland Rd north of Arthur Minnis Rd <br /> Union Grove Church Rd south of Arthur Minnis Rd <br /> Complete -NCDOT policy on NC/US routes when resurfacing <br /> 6 Center lane reflectors roads. SR routes and other roads on a case-by-case bases. <br /> Northwood Subdivision <br /> 1.The roads have a couple re-occuring potholes that <br /> are patched yearly. <br /> 2. Culverts and ditches are largely failing causing <br /> standing water. <br /> 3. Edges of the roads are being eroded due to <br /> 7 vegetation/pine needles and water flow.
