Frazier Rd Staff will pursue Non-STIP opportunities as often as possible and <br /> Daniels Farm Rd again in future SPOT processes. <br /> Mill Creek Rd <br /> 5 Old NC-86 Arthur Minnis Rd Staff will submit for future SPOT Safety/Mobility/HSIP and HMIP <br /> 6 Orange Grove Rd Davis Rd Staff will submit for future SPOT Safety/Mobility/HSIP and HMIP <br /> TIA complete, part of former Lawrence Road Development <br /> 7 Lawrence Rd I-85 Staff will pursue Non-STIP opportunities as often as possible using <br /> 9 Efland Cedar Grove US-70 Complete - part of former high impact/low cost project <br />
