This work <br /> 9 will continue until early November and is to promote interest and collect input via surveys. <br /> 10 <br /> 11 Planning staff is also working directly with community organizations and leaders to host <br /> 12 community meetings for reaching populations that have traditionally been underrepresented in <br /> 13 Orange County land use planning. The Clarion team will be assisting Planning staff with the <br /> 14 facilitation of meetings and Planning staff is partnering with meeting hosts to distribute invitations <br /> 15 and encourage participation among respective communities. This is a different approach than <br /> 16 that which was used during Community Engagement Window#1, which featured fewer meetings <br /> 17 and less Planning staff involvement. <br /> 18 <br /> 19 Additional information is provided in Attachment A.
