He said the watershed boundaries were made using the best criteria, <br /> 21 means, and data available at the time. He said the good news is that there is better information <br /> 22 available for surveys now as needed for property owners, and the state has a well-defined process <br /> 23 for this now. <br /> 24 <br /> 25 A motion was made by Commissioner Fowler, seconded by Commissioner Hamilton, to <br /> 26 approve the Statement of Consistency (Attachment 6) and Zoning Atlas Amendments <br /> 27 (Attachment 7). <br /> 28 <br /> 29 VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> 30 <br />
