He asked what the future steps are for the Board and for the applicant. <br /> 8 Lauren Honeycutt said that approval would vacate the conditional zoning and down-zone <br /> 9 to rural residential. She said in order for the applicant to do any sort of development of a <br /> 10 subdivision, they would have to bring that application to staff for appropriate review. <br />
