Existing Conditions ORANGE CGE OUNTY <br /> SIT PLAN <br /> 6 OPPORTUNITIES <br /> OCTS serves essential transportation needs in Hillsborough and <br /> rural Orange County through a patchwork of fixed route, rural Improve Existing Services <br /> demand response, and MOD services, coordinated with multiple <br /> transit and human services agencies throughout the region, and Invest in Demand Response outside of main towns and <br /> connects rural residents to all urban areas in and around the corridors <br /> county.
