9 <br /> business groups and government groups as designated by County through the Contract <br /> Administrator to market PFPC services. In connection with its activities under this <br /> Agreement, including without limitation advertising relating to the Facility; <br /> (i) Offer annual PFPC Open House and Report for the public with invitation to Orange <br /> County elected leaders, to report on the annual impacts of PFPC operations on local food <br /> economy; <br /> Q) Collaborate with the Orange County Center of N.C. Cooperative Extension to conduct <br /> a minimum of two workshops annually for farmers to help them better understand how to <br /> access and use PFPC as a resource for value-added products; <br /> (k) Develop licensee, lessee, tenant, and user awareness of local farm products and <br /> encourage local sourcing; <br /> (1) Conduct outreach efforts yearly to appropriate programs that can benefit from <br /> interaction with PFPC resources and staff (i.e., N.C. State Extension Farm School, <br /> Orange County Agricultural Summit, Young Chef competitions, and area high schools); <br /> (m) Evaluate and adjust the operational hours and days of the Facility as needed. Should <br /> operational hours and days be reduced to such an extent that the reduction negatively <br /> impacts Orange County residents the County shall notify PFPC of such impact and PFPC <br /> shall cooperate with the County to restore operation hours and days as needed to <br /> alleviate the negative impact; <br /> (n) As set forth herein, submit all financial and other impact reports detailing PFPC's <br /> activities regarding the Facility to the County in a timely manner; <br /> (o) Operate the Facility in conformance with the County's recycling policies and <br /> procedures as communicated by the Contract Administrator. The County will provide to <br /> the Facility such recycling facilities and services as it provides to other County buildings <br /> for use by PFPC for recyclable materials generated at the Facility; <br /> (p) Pay all Facility utility costs. Utilities include water, sewer, electricity, internet, and <br /> natural gas; <br /> (q) Be solely responsible for all signage at the Facility. This includes, but is not limited to, <br /> approvals, cost, installation, maintenance, and repair; <br /> (r) Use the Facility only as a food processing center with associated office space, and for <br /> no other purposes except as provided herein without the County's express prior written <br /> consent. PFPC shall not use the Facility for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that <br /> might constitute a nuisance. PFPC shall comply with all land use covenants and all <br /> ordinances and regulations of governmental authorities applicable to the Facility; <br /> 5 <br />
