Scope of Work <br /> Orange County-specific funding strategy detailing potential discretionary grant programs with <br /> timelines, eligibility requirements, applicability to potential project types, and partnerships. <br /> TASK 7 DELIVERABLES: <br /> • Policy Enhancement Matrix and Recommendations <br /> • Funding Strategy for Orange County <br /> TASK 8: DOCUMENTATION <br /> The Consultant will summarize and provide draft materials for one round of review and <br /> comment by the Project Team and Core Technical Team. One (1) round of review is <br /> anticipated, and one (1) set of consolidated review comments will be compiled by the client and <br /> share with the Consultant. Revisions will be made within two (2) weeks, and the Consultant will <br /> deliver a Final Plan, which constitutes the Final Report. The final plan will be concise and <br /> graphically rich, emphasizing maps, summaries, and photos to make it easy to read and <br /> understand by non-technical residents. <br /> Technical summaries, engagement results, and other materials will be compiled as <br /> Appendices, to be delivered separately in a digital format to the Client. <br /> The Consultant will develop a presentation synthesizing the planning process and <br /> recommendations to support a presentation to the Orange County Board of Commissioners for <br /> endorsement or adoption. <br /> TASK 8 DELIVERABLES: <br /> • Draft plan for review and comment <br /> • Final plan PDF <br /> • Digital source files (GIS databases, InDesign packages) assembled as Appendix <br /> • Presentation slides for endorsement /adoption <br /> Page 5 <br />
