Appendix D: Public Engagement ORA P-04G ECROUNTY <br /> ADVERTISING METHODS <br /> The following communication methods were used to inform the <br /> public and encourage participation in Phase 1 engagement <br /> activities: <br /> Project Website <br /> A website was developed to share information and materials <br /> about the Orange County SRTP project including project and plan <br /> overviews, phase 1 engagement activities, and link to the online <br /> survey. <br /> Email Campaigns and Social <br /> Media <br /> The project team worked with plan partners to promote Phase 1 <br /> activities and engagement opportunities via email and social <br /> media. A media kit, including a digital flyer, social media graphics, <br /> newsletter copy, and email content was created in English and <br /> Spanish and shared with stakeholders and agency partners to <br /> distribute through their communication channels.
