Call to Order and Introductions <br /> DSS Chair, Jane Garrett, called the meeting to order at 4:05 pm. <br /> II. Board Comments <br /> None. <br /> III. Public Comments <br /> None. <br /> IV. Agenda Changes <br /> None. <br /> V. Action Items <br /> On a motion by Sally Greene, the Board approved the regular session minutes of July 22, 2024. Oscar <br /> Fleming seconded the motion. The motion was carried without dissent. <br /> On a motion by Oscar Fleming, the Board approved the executive session minutes of July 22, 2024. <br /> Sally Greene seconded the motion. The motion was carried without dissent. <br /> VI. Items for Discussion and/or Decision <br /> 1. Executive Session <br /> Chris Barnes moved the Board enter Executive Session pursuant to § 143 318.11(a)(6). Oscar <br /> Fleming seconded the motion. The motion was carries without dissent. <br /> VII. Announcements <br /> Sally Greene moved to adjourn the meeting at 5:33 pm. Oscar Fleming seconded the motion.
