My most relevant experience has been the preparation of the EPA's Emission Inventory, Improvement Program's documents for area source air pollutant inventories. Area sources are air pollution sources that typically are small, widespread and diffuse, as opposed to large industrial sources. I also supervised a team that prepared the 1996 area source component of the EPA's National Toxics Inventory. My most recent work has been part- time work providing quality assurance on a national database of air permit conditions and limits (EPA's RACT/BACT/LAER Clearinghouse (RBLC)). The RBLC database includes entries for hundreds of industrial processes. My work requires knowledge of controls, pollutants, and regulations pertinent to each of these processes.
