The revisions to the by-laws included changes in the membership <br />composition and length of terms, which require new appointments. The terms of members on <br />the Transportation Services Board are for three years each, which are staggered at the initial <br />appointments to provide for cohtinuity of experience. The BOCC Chair sent a letter to Chapel <br />Hill Transit, Triangle Transit Authority (TTA), Durham Technical Community College and the <br />Employment Security Commission to invite them to be non-voting representatives. <br />Ten member agency nominations are as follows: <br />1. Orange County Planning Department - Karen Lincoln <br />2. Economic Development Commission - Dianne Reid <br />3. Emergency Medical Services - Marsha Adams <br />4. O.P.C. Area Programs - Judy Ramanowski <br />5. Orange County Department on Aging - Jerry Passmore <br />6. Orange County Department of Social Services - Nancy Coston <br />7, Orange County Health Department - Darrell Renfroe <br />8. Orange County Recreation and Parks - Lisa Berley <br />9.
