She asked why the majority of <br /> 7 comments earlier in the evening were about McDougle schools and Estes Hills Elementary when <br /> 8 they are not on the list to replace. <br /> 9 Travis Myren said the projects that they would identify would be the replacement projects. <br /> 10 He said they would not be charged with deciding about the closures of schools. He said they only <br /> 11 focus on funding specific replacements rather than making decisions about what happens after <br /> 12 that. <br /> 13 Chair Bedford said if the school board changed their mind, the process would then mean <br /> 14 it would come back to the commissioners since they are doing project-based funding. <br />
