Excluded <br /> from this definition are tobacco products approved bythe USFDA fortreatment of <br /> tobacco use and dependence. <br /> b)any product that contains tetrahydrocannabinol(THC),irrespective ofwhetherthe <br /> THC is hemp derived orsynthetic.
