He said that in a previous bond <br /> referendum, they did the tax rate increase in increments. <br /> Chair Bedford said that they have that tool as well as pay-go financing to fund the plan. <br /> She said that they must tell people that the impact could be 8.8 cents, but they may get a better <br /> interest rate. <br /> 7.
