The SCM is identified as " STORMWATER MANAGEMENT POND" on the approved Construction Drawings entitled <br /> " ORANGE COUNTY NORTHERN CAMPUS " with a latest revision date of June 25 , 2019 . These maintenance records shall be kept in a log <br /> in a known set location on the project site . Any deficient SCM elements noted in the inspections shall be corrected, repaired or <br /> replaced immediately .
