Deliverables for Design Development will include,at a minimum: <br /> 1. Code Review/Life Safety Plan <br /> 2. Site Drawings <br /> 3. Structural Framing Plans <br /> 4. New Work Floor,Ceiling,and Finish Plans <br /> S. Interior Elevations <br /> 6. Equipment and Furniture Plans <br /> 7. Building Sections and Elevations (Renderings as needed) <br /> 8. Electrical, Mechanical, Fire Alarm,and Plumbing Plans and Details <br /> 9. Project Specifications (outline form at this phase) <br /> 10. Cost Estimating <br /> Task III-Construction Documents <br /> CPL will coordinate with the design team to prepare Construction Documents in compliance with the <br /> North Carolina State Building Code (2018 edition), NFPA, DHSR Rules and Regulations, and other <br /> applicable standards. FGI compliance is not required for this project as it has not been adopted by <br /> DHSR for Crisis Diversion Centers. <br /> CPL also understands release of an early design package may be necessary in order to procure critical <br /> path items needed to expedite the construction schedule identified by the Construction Manager. <br /> Task IV-Bid Phase Services <br /> CPL will submit the documents to State authorities having jurisdiction (DHSR). All permits and <br /> approvals for the project will be paid for and secured by the Client. CPL will work with the Construction <br /> Manager to answer Requests for Information (RFIs), provide clarifications, and issue addenda as <br /> required for pricing. <br /> Task V-Construction Phase Services <br /> CPL will provide twenty-four (24) site visits during construction with a field report written for each visit. <br /> Project meetings, inwall / overhead review, punch list, pre-DHSR and DHSR inspections will occur <br /> during these site visits. CPL will also provide construction administration services consisting of the <br /> review of submittals,shop drawings,certification of monthly pay requests,responding to RFIs that arise <br /> during the course of construction and response to all DHSR review comments. <br /> SCHEDULE <br /> No schedule has been established. We agree to provide services to the Client in the most expeditious <br /> manner practical. <br /> ASSUMPTIONS <br /> Our fee proposal is based upon the following assumptions: <br /> 1. Reimbursable expenses are included in the fee. <br /> 2. Site visits are indicated under Task V. <br /> 3. One (1) early Construction Document set in addition to the final is assumed in our proposal. <br /> 4. Placement and coordination of medical equipment is included in the scope of work; however, <br /> procurement is excluded. <br /> S. Furniture design, coordination and procurement are included within the architectural/interiors <br /> scope of work(fee). <br /> 6. Construction Phase Services is based on a 12-month schedule. <br /> 7. Shallow foundations and steel construction were the basis of design for the structural fee proposal. <br /> 8. Retaining walls are excluded from this scope of work. <br /> 9. Test and Balance and Special Inspections are excluded from this proposal. <br />
