Applicable town & county staff will be invited to attend & answer <br /> any questions. <br /> • The design team will coordinate with the Town of Hillsborough for all site development permitting <br /> submittals. <br /> • Apply for town-issued ZCP (Zoning Compliance Permit). <br /> • Construction drawing review by TRC. <br /> • Assist with Nitrogen offset fee calculation, Erosion Control Surety Calculations, and Public <br /> Improvement Surety Calculations <br /> • Site Plan & application materials reviewed by TRC.
