A wetland delineation of the subject <br /> property will be performed in accordance with the 1987 U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Wetland <br /> Delineation Manual and appropriate Regional Supplement. A stream determination will be conducted using <br /> the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality(NCDEQ)Stream Identification methodology, version <br /> 4.11.
