This task does not include species surveys. <br /> This task does not include species surveys. <br /> This scope anticipates release with Task W01 Delineation for a joint site inspection. If released separately, <br /> additional fee may be required. <br /> Task W05 -Tree Inventory <br /> Timmons Group will locate all deciduous trees 12" dbh or greater and non-deciduous trees 24" or greater dbh <br /> on site as required by the Town of Hillsborough LIDO Section 6.22.3.2. Trees will be located using handheld <br /> GPS equipment and a point file in AutoCAD and/or GIS shapefile will be created. The proposed inventory area <br /> will be provided to the Timmons Group Environmental Team before field work is conducted. If the project size <br /> exceeds 20-acres, Timmons will perform 100' x 100' sample survey areas for each separate undisturbed <br /> portion of the site containing an acre or more per the LIDO. <br /> A CAD file including all collected points with the tree genus and species, DBH, and latitude/longitude <br /> information and a map depicting all inventoried trees and their calculated critical root zones will be provided. <br /> *This fee does not include a tree protection plan. <br /> Task W06 - PCN for Nationwide Permit, Water Quality Certification, & Buffer Authorization <br /> A Pre-Construction Notification (PCN) for a 404 Nationwide Permit (NWP), corresponding 401 Water Quality <br /> Certification (WQC), and Riparian Buffer Authorization will be prepared and submitted to the USACE and <br /> DWR for the proposed development. The PCN submittal will contain a narrative describing in detail the <br /> purpose of the project and the necessity of the proposed disturbance to demonstrate that this disturbance is <br /> warranted. This task includes wetland and stream mitigation coordination but does not include mitigation fee <br /> payment or payment of NCDEQ DWR's review fee. <br /> This scope is for one Pre-Construction Notification which meets the requirements for an NWP. If proposed <br /> impacts do not meet the requirements for a Nationwide Permit and/or if multiple permitting phases are <br /> proposed, a revised scope will be required. Requests for Additional Information, if required by the agencies, <br /> will be handled under Time and Material Task W06. <br /> Task W07- 401/404 & Riparian Buffer Permit Processing <br /> Responses to requests for additional Information (RAls) will be prepared to answer any questions posed by <br /> the USACE and DWR as a result of the PCN application, as needed. Negotiation of NWP and WQC will be <br /> undertaken to facilitate regulatory approval of the project. This task includes mitigation coordination, but does <br /> CIVIL ENGINEERING I ENVIRONMENTAL I SURVEYING I GIS I LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE I CONSTRUCTION SERVICES <br /> 12 of 22 <br />
