Department of <br /> Environment , Agriculture , <br /> Parks and Recreation <br /> ( DEAPR) Fee Schedule <br /> Revision <br /> PURPOSE : To approve budget , grant , and capital project ordinance amendments for Fiscal Year <br /> 2024 - 25 . <br /> BACKGROUND . <br /> Note : The term " Deferred Revenues " used in several of the items listed below are also known as <br /> unearned revenue or prepayments , and refers to revenue received in FY 2023 -24 in advance of <br /> FY 2024 -25 . Deferred revenue is reserved and accounted for on the County ' s balance sheet as <br /> a liability to avoid expenditure in FY 2023 -24 . At the start of FY 2024 -25 , the deferred revenue is <br /> then recognized on the income statement as revenue . <br /> Criminal Justice Resource Department <br /> 1 .
