Through my <br /> career in video production, I have collaborated with a variety of artists, groups, and businesses <br /> to create content that captures and celebrates artistic expression. My education in <br /> communication has further strengthened my understanding of the role of the arts in community <br /> building and cultural preservation. Additionally, as a manager of a creative agency, I have <br /> experience promoting and supporting arts initiatives, consistent with the Commission's goal of <br /> promoting the arts in Chapel Hill. <br /> Please explain your reasons for wanting to serve on this board <br /> I love the arts and believe that they play an important role in enriching our communities and <br /> fostering creativity and connection amongst members of the community. Serving on the Arts <br /> Council will allow me to actively support and advocate for the development of arts programs that <br /> reflect the voices and talents of Chapel Hill. I am particularly interested in how we can <br /> incorporate more public art projects into everyday spaces to make art accessible to everyone, <br /> and enhance the cultural vitality of our city.
