5 <br /> Reasons Want to Serve Board #1 <br /> Community service is important. No matter where I have lived I have tried to participate in making my <br /> community a better place to live. Sometimes a board member at the HOA, volunteer training of dogs or <br /> health issues, coaching sports for youth, church activities. When I saw the opening on the board I felt my <br /> recent history and education with reactive dogs made perfect sense as a place of service for my current <br /> situation. <br /> Diversity of Viewpoints Board #1 <br /> I have owned both purebred and mixed breed dogs, friendly and reactive dogs, large and small dogs. For <br /> the past 15 years I have lived in Orange county. 2 residences were rural and 1 was urban. I can <br /> sympathize and understand many different aspects of animal/human and animal/animal interactions. <br /> Conflict of Interest Board #1 <br /> The only conflict I can consider is that I chose to euthanize my dog for behavior reasons over the past <br /> year.
