The purpose and intent of testing land use alternatives as part of developing an updated Land Use <br /> Plan and how this information will be used to guide policy direction. <br /> b. The process that has been undertaken to define the land use alternatives, including guidance from <br /> community sentiments shared during stakeholder interviews and community engagement window#1, <br /> and technical findings available in the Fact Book. <br /> c.
