2 <br /> OBJECTIVE 5. Invest in, support, train, and retain our community safety, health, and <br /> emergency services employees and direct care workforce. <br /> OBJECTIVE 6. Provide sustainable, equitable, and high-quality community safety and <br /> emergency services to meet the community's evolving needs. <br /> These quality assurance/quality improvement services will ensure Emergency Services Public <br /> Safety Communications staff are taking public safety calls for service in alignment with industry <br /> standards and best practices while providing a pathway for future accreditation by the IAED. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board ratify the County Manager's <br /> execution of the services agreement with Priority Dispatch Corporation and authorize the County <br /> Manager to execute any renewals, amendments, extensions and other associated legal <br /> documents related to the agreement as necessary. <br />
