The HOME Program Design was approved by the: <br /> 12 Town of Hillsborough on May 13, 2024. <br /> 13 <br /> 14 It is scheduled for approval by the: <br /> 15 • Town of Chapel Hill on May 15, 2024; and <br /> 16 • Town of Carrboro on May 21, 2024. <br /> 17 <br /> 18 The Board of Commissioners is therefore asked to consider approval of the attached HOME <br /> 19 Program Design Resolution (Attachment 4). <br /> 20 <br /> 21 HOME Program Implementation <br /> 22 After approval of the FY 2024-2025 HOME Program Design by all Consortium participants, <br /> 23 authorization is requested to allow the Orange County Manager, based on the HUD allocation <br /> 24 received, to execute agreements with partnering nonprofit organizations as necessary to <br /> 25 implement the approved HOME Program Design.
