(All other staff members will be identified <br /> 18 appropriately below) <br /> 19 <br /> 20 Chair Bedford called the Board of County Commissioners meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br /> 21 All commissioners were present. <br /> 22 <br /> 23 The Board reviewed and discussed: <br /> 24 • Outside Agency Funding; <br /> 25 • the Durham Technical Community College — Orange County Campus FY 2024-25 <br /> 26 Operating Budget; <br /> 27 • the Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools FY 2024-25 Operating and Capital Investment Plan <br /> 28 Budget; and <br /> 38 • the Orange County Schools FY 2024-25 Operating and Capital Investment Plan Budget. <br /> 31 BACKGROUND: The County Manager presented the FY 2024-25 Recommended Budget <br /> 32 (https://www.orangecountync.gov/budget) at the Board's May 7, 2024 Business meeting. Since <br /> 33 that time, the Board has conducted one public hearing to receive residents' comments regarding <br /> 34 the proposed funding plan. This is the first opportunity for the Board to discuss next year's <br /> 35 recommended funding plan related to Outside Agency and Education funding. <br /> 36 <br /> 37 1.
