She currently advises North Carolina communities on <br /> projects ranging from the adaptive reuse of a historic downtown hotel to supporting <br /> neighborhood revitalization efforts in areas suffering from blight, vacancy, and disinvestment. <br /> Her professional interests include land banking, affordable housing, creative placemaking, and <br /> asset-based community development.
