The County Initiated Zoning Atlas Amendment will bring this overlay <br /> district into alignment with the State-recognized watershed. No amendments are proposed to the <br /> base zoning district or Future Land Use Map. <br /> This amendment request will be reviewed by the Board of County Commissioners during a public <br /> hearing scheduled at 7:00 p.m., September 5, 2024, at the Whitted Meeting Facility(300 West <br /> Tryon Street, Hillsborough, NC — see attached map).
