This'is to enable'us to'develop an'alternative site plan using th`e `' <br /> UDO's Flexible Development-Conservation Cluster framework'fora'similarly cornpact`but <br /> smaller and lot-based village layout that is now much more feasible for us given our <br /> membership and resources but is precluded under our current MPD-CZ: <br /> Congruent goals <br /> Our MPD-CZ application was approved by the OC BOCC in late;203.5.It was designed to nestle <br /> a compact, neighborly"agrarian ecovillage".of low- or positive-impact residences`into.about 12 <br /> acres within our 112-acre parcel, preserving most of the land as,forest and meadow-common <br /> areas for the community and neighborhood, animal habitat, and open space-as,well as <br /> supporting intensive agricultural production and training programs for upcoming farmers <br /> pP 9 g p 9 p g p 9 , <br /> within the community and hopefully beyond. <br /> Our'project's guiding "Principles and Intentions" included, and continue to include' these`' <br /> relevant items, among others: p <br /> 2.
