Based on the submitted materials, the project could meet the basic Erosion and <br /> Sedimentation Control requirements as required by Orange County UDO Section 6.15 <br /> and could be developed as generally proposed. <br /> Stormwater Management: <br /> There were no stormwater management related materials included in the Rezoning <br /> Application. The submitted materials indicate a level of development that could meet <br /> current UDO requirements specific to stormwater management. The project will need to <br /> meet applicable stormwater management requirements as outlined in Section 6.14 of the <br /> Orange County UDO and must be in general conformance with the North Carolina <br /> Stormwater Design Manual (i.e., Minimum Design Criteria). <br /> Conclusion: <br /> The Division has No Objections to the approval of the Rezoning Application so long as a <br /> complete LDP application and supporting plans and calculations are submitted for review, <br /> processing, and approval prior to commencement of any on-site Land-Disturbing Activity. <br /> As the project progresses, additional field observations, additional permitting by others, <br /> and/or additional Orange County review and permitting may apply beyond the proposed <br /> development as shown with the Rezoning Application. <br /> Digita lly si,nedby Christopher J.Sandt,P.E. <br /> Christopher J.
