He <br /> 4 said that loss is expected at $2.2 million and are putting steps in place to end the year breaking <br /> 5 even. He said this is the difference between if the county would have had to pay for their share of <br /> 6 Medicaid costs. He said that for many years Article 46 sales tax increased, but it is now expected <br /> 7 to decrease, and expenses will increase.
