In 1978, she and her husband pulled the single-wide to the side of <br /> the lot. They self-constructed the current home at the current location. She described the <br /> physical labor conducted at that time. <br /> • The appellant is in need of the residence to be correctly classified for insurance purposes. <br /> Evidence submitted by the county representative: <br /> • A site visit was conducted on June 20,2024. The taxpayer was present but denied appraiser to <br /> observe the interior of the residence for grade,condition, or construction standards. Exterior <br /> measurements and photos were taken of the residence and the outbuilding. It is the appraiser's <br /> position that the residence is a conventionally constructed(stick-built)home. <br /> • Corrections to property record includes: <br /> 1. Reclassify from R060-Manufactured Home to ROI O-Single Family <br /> 2. Effective Year Built from 1978 to 2000,due to continual maintenance <br /> 3. Floors-P-Plywood to H-Hardwood <br /> 4. 1-Forced air heat system to 4-Combo Heat&Air <br /> 5. Open porch to screened porch <br /> 6. Added patio next to screened porch <br /> 7. Corrected the storage building to include depreciation. <br /> 8.
