This includes LEP, Elderly (seniors), Zero Car Households, <br /> low-income,minorities and other socioeconomics. OCTS will implement both projects through partnership <br /> with multiple County Departments like Department on Aging, Social Services, Criminal Justice Resource <br /> Department,Health Department,Equity and Inclusion, and many more. OCTS currently has Memorandum <br /> of Understandings with these departments and working on establishing the same with others for a <br /> comprehensive service network. <br /> 6. What is your plan for assessing project performance? <br /> County is working with WSP to improve upon the Transit Dashboard(link)and create a comprehensive <br /> Transportation Dashboard. This shows the impact of transit investments in the County. <br /> 7.
