On-site observations noted a <br /> number of elementary school pedestrians that walked from Orange Grove Road east of the <br /> school and from Grady Brown Elementary School across the street.A small number of <br /> pedestrians walked from Orange Grove Road west of the school.Additional information <br /> describing the travel norms for Cedar Ridge High School is listed below: <br /> • Motorist behavior was observed as poor.
