The project is located within 112.17 acres <br /> of property on Frazier Road, Mebane. The request proposes development <br /> consisting of: <br /> • Down-zone to the parcel's original zoning of R1 from the current Master Plan <br /> Development Conditional District zoning <br /> • Abandon the MPD-CZ site plan and develop with an alternative site plan <br /> using Flexible Development under R1. <br /> The Staff comments contained herein are based upon the submittal of a required Site <br /> Plan, dated November 18, 2014, and posted for review on April 19, 2024.
