The change was reviewed and approved by the state on June 10, 2024. <br /> Protected Watersheds within Orange County are part of the County's delegated <br /> Stormwater Management Program, as reflected in the adopted Orange County <br /> Watershed Boundary Map. These watersheds are also adopted Zoning Overlay Districts <br /> in the Unified Development Ordinance. This Planning Director-initiated Zoning Atlas <br /> Amendment will bring this overlay district into alignment with the State-recognized <br /> watershed. No amendments are proposed to the base zoning district or Future Land Use <br /> Map. <br />
