This <br /> notification is occurring in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.8 Zoning Atlas and Unified <br /> Development Ordinance Amendments of the Orange County Unified Development Ordinance <br /> (UDO). The County Initiated Zoning Atlas Amendment will bring this overlay <br /> district into alignment with the State-recognized watershed. No amendments are proposed to the <br /> base zoning district or Future Land Use Map. <br /> This amendment request will be reviewed by the Orange County Planning Board at a regular <br /> meeting at 7:00 p.m., August 7, 2024, at the Whitted Meeting Facility(300 West Tryon Street, <br /> Hillsborough, NC — see attached map).
