The project is located <br /> within 36.36 acres of property on Miller Road, Hillsborough. The request proposes <br /> development consisting of: <br /> • Application is proposing to subdivide parcel into 18 lots. <br /> The Staff comments contained herein are based upon the submittal of a required Site <br /> Plan, dated January 4, 2024, and posted for review on February 19, 2024. These <br /> findings should not be interpreted as the Division's final analysis/approval of the <br /> proposed development. Soil and site evaluations have not been conducted by the <br /> Orange County Health Department, Environmental Health Division. <br /> The Health Department's role in the subdivision is one involving preliminary <br /> determination of soil suitability for septic systems and available space for private <br /> water supply wells. <br />
